The structure is a hybrid between a pre-engineered metal building for the shell and conventional steel construction for the second floor and mezzanine. The exterior walls are 4” thick insulated metal wall panels. 

Building features include a geothermal system, special design considerations to support indoor servicing of natural gas fueled vehicles, a mezzanine which houses all of the mechanical equipment, and a fluid delivery system which supplies products such as motor oil, coolant, and transmission fluid to each service bay.
