BizTrak® is a leadership program for architects and engineers aspiring to project and executive management positions within their firm. Now more than ever, rising architects and engineers need to develop their business skills in addition to their technical skills to assume leadership roles in the future. BizTrak® provides the knowledge necessary to understand financial, project, and business risks inherent to A/E practice management.

Upon completion of the program and the dialogue, it will open up between the participant and their manager, the attendee will better understand the value the firm is driving to with each project. 

The program's facilitator is Deborah A Gill, CPA FSDA, a 40-year veteran of finance and operations in the A/E industry in both large and small firms as well as consulting.
